Translate this opinion into English.

The activity is worthwhile. Both the Karaburun Peninsula and Sazan Island have beautiful, crystal-clear waters. However, the guide's professionalism left much to be desired. He simply drove us around without explaining anything about the areas we visited. He also didn't interact with anyone in the group. We've done similar activities before, and normally the guide shares interesting details about the places visited. Opinion translated. Show original.

The times specified were not met. Our guide had a prior commitment, and one of the stops lasted twice as long, while the others were very brief. Luckily, we didn't have any other activities or journeys planned after this one, as this extended the tour by more than an hour. By the way, the beach isn't white sand; it's pebbly, like most beaches in Albania. This should be explained properly.

Honestly, it left much to be desired. It started half an hour late and finished at the scheduled time. The guide was supposed to be Spanish, but he only spoke English. He was driving the speedboat far too fast. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it.

We had a reservation for a morning. The afternoon before, they informed us that there was a problem and the excursion was canceled. They offered us the option of the following day. We went to Vlore from our accommodation the next day, and upon arriving at the port, the captain asked if we wouldn't mind returning the following day. The boat, of course, was full. The activity was supposedly in Spanish, but there was no explanation whatsoever.

The website description stated that there would be a Spanish-speaking guide who would explain what we saw and where we stopped, but none of that happened. They didn't stick to the original schedule. It was a speedboat with about 25 people on board; to properly enjoy the excursion, there shouldn't have been more than ten of us to avoid being crammed in.

The experience was quite disappointing and, frankly, we don't think it matches what Civitatis advertised. The tour was scheduled for 2:00 PM but started around 2:30 PM. The guide didn't even introduce himself, give his name, or briefly explain what we were going to do. We just set off, and there was practically no communication with the group for almost the entire trip. The boat wasn't in the best condition either, with a lot of rust, and we didn't consider it accessible.

You visit some very beautiful islands and coves, but they don't explain anything, so the language doesn't really matter. Also, the boat is small for 10 people and bounces around a lot, making it very uncomfortable, potentially harmful, and creating a sense of danger, which the guide does nothing to alleviate.

Translate this opinion into English.

I booked the activity in Spanish and nobody spoke it, the guide arrived 30 minutes late and finished 30 minutes early, he was rude.

Translate this opinion into English.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused you. We want to clarify that the activity you booked was with a chaperone, not a guide, but we completely understand your frustration, especially regarding the language barrier, the delayed arrival, and the early end of the activity. We are currently investigating the matter with the tour operator. We are very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity did not match what we had booked, as the excursion was supposed to have a Spanish-speaking guide, but there was no guide in any other language. The captain of the boat simply told us how long we could stay at each location, without providing any other information.

Translate this opinion into English.

There were only a few of us, a total of eight. The guide was also very good, telling you the history, etc. The time to go was also good; we were able to get to Sazan Beach before the boats with 300 people on board arrived. What a shame: the trash. Lots of plastic bottles, cans... And almost all of it was tourist trash, a shame. Opinion translated. Show original.
