Translate this opinion into English.

I booked the dolphin swimming tour and they took me snorkeling instead, they couldn't explain what happened, they said there would be no dolphins and the tour was snorkeling. In summary, it was that or that.. No options and mainly no dolphins. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided.

We spotted dolphins early in the morning. The boat was great and the snorkeling was excellent too. I highly recommend it. Opinion translated. Show original.

Just like the baptism, there was no Spanish-speaking guide. Besides, we only jumped in once to see dolphins for two minutes, when that was the activity; the rest of the time we were either snorkeling or waiting a lot, and the banana boat ride was timed at 45 seconds.

Translate this opinion into English.

The truth is that the experience was very good. We passed by several coral reefs to go snorkeling, with a very nice atmosphere. Our guide Hanar was excellent. The food on the boat was very good. Regarding dolphins, they are free and the guides communicate with them through whistles to attract them. You jump into the water and have a few minutes to see them (open sea). They respect the animals and are aware of the environment and conservation. You may not always see them, it's open sea. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity did not consist of swimming with dolphins. The activity consisted of going, along with the rest of the boats from other companies, to the area where the dolphins were. That turned into a circus where more than ten boats were honking their horns non-stop, people whistling and clapping, and CHASING AND CORRINGING THE DOLPHINS, who were trying to get out of there. A true HORROR that scared and stressed the poor animals, a fact that the guide of the activity confirmed to us. a pity

Translate this opinion into English.

They advertise the activity as "swim with dolphins", but what you really do is spot them from the boat, and then you snorkel at two points around the coral reefs. It was ok, but not as advertised.

The bus was horrendous without air conditioning. We left at 7:30 and set sail on the boat at 10:00.

More than swimming with dolphins, a boat ride towards the dolphins. Spotted very few, and the weather conditions did not allow it, so why set sail with that wind? Could we not have postponed the trip? In the end, you pay for just any boat ride.

Fun and well-planned activity Only once again they talk about the activity in Spanish and it wasn't. We didn't have any problems but for people who don't speak English it can be a bit stressful.
