It was a great experience, the guide Satish Dwivedi, a mystical and spiritual man, made the tour very enjoyable. Highly recommended. The driver Sanjay Sharma arrived a bit late to pick us up, we had to refuel, and he had the music up loud, I mention this as an opportunity for improvement. Opinion translated. Show original.

A mi me gustó mucho. Translate this opinion into English.

I think it is a worthwhile excursion. We coincide with a massive festival that is celebrated during the second half of July and first week of August. This overwhelmed my daughter, she could barely walk around the city and everyone asked her for photos. I liked it a lot. The guide had limited knowledge of Spanish and was not very proactive, but he was a very good person and very willing. Fantastic driver, drove 200 km through the crowd. In these conditions, 13 hours of car travel. Opinion translated. Show original.

We spend some fantastic time going to the Ganges river and experiencing the visit of the temples up the mountain. Gourav, our guide, has told us a lot of stories, given us the time we wanted in each place and acompaigned us all the time. Very kind and helpful.

Excelente. Translate this opinion into English.

The guide didn't speak Spanish and didn't explain anything about the tour. The itinerary described in the description bears no resemblance to reality; the route wasn't marked, and we were just going wherever the wind would take us, of course, without knowing anything. Google explained more to us than the guide. The best part was that we had to pay for the coffee, temple visits, and raincoats... the worst experience I've had with Civitatis. If you want to lose 125 euros, this is your chance.

The activity has been a disaster, to begin with, the journey to Haridwar lasted more than 6 hours because there were religious festivals and it was very difficult to get around. During the tour the guide and the driver have not offered us to stop to drink water or go to the toilet, and when we asked for it the guide did not understand us because his level of Spanish was low. Once there, the guide did not know the ropes, we had to show him and we had to return to Delhi, without seeing anything and without any tourist information.

No recomendable

I do not recommend this activity, since most of the tour you are traveling by car. We and my mother traveled by car for 10 hours and we only saw Haridwar in 1 hour. It was not possible to visit the places described by civitatis on this excursion, since it is very far from New Delhi. Excessive price to spend only 1 hour getting to know Haridwar. Guide was in Spanish and was not fluent in the language. He made us walk through very dirty places full of garbage. Not recommendable

We confirmed that traffic affected the visit, but the guide did his best to compensate for it. Also that it had to end early because you had to catch a train. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We take note of your comments to improve as much as possible, also with regard to language. The corresponding refund has been made. Opinion translated. The guide, Neri, was excellent, but our driver, Javed, was horrible. He drove extremely fast, putting us at risk of accidents multiple times. This made us feel unsafe, especially since we were traveling with two elderly individuals. In comparison, our drivers for other tours in and around Delhi drove responsibly.

All of the provider's drivers are professionals who respect the rules of the road. We will ensure that this remains the case. We also welcome and take note of your comments for further improvement.

Mal.

Bad. It was nothing like the description. Not even the guide. We paid to have it in Spanish and on the way they told us no. And it was not expected that the route would be like the one in the description.
