We'll meet at the designated time at the bar Vittorio Emanuele, located at the Piazza Maggiore de Bolonia. Here, we'll begin this food tour of the Quadrilatero Market. Ready to taste some delicious food?

Once we're all gathered, we'll walk along the streets of the capital of Emilia-Romagna until we reach the market. Do you know why it's called like this? It's located inside a square formed by Via Rizzoli, Via dell'Archiginnasio, Via Farini, and Via Castiglione in the heart of Bologna.

Once we reach the Quadrilatero Market, we'll wander past its many food establishments, where you can take the opportunity to buy some of the region's local produce.

In the market, we'll taste three products of Bolognese cuisine. Depending on availability, you'll try the famous Parmigiano Reggiano, traditional balsamic vinegar, mortadella ham, and other seasonal products. Plus, at the end of the tour, you'll enjoy a typical dessert. Buon appetito!
