Los lugares a conocer fueron interesantes, así como la información suministrada por el guía. El cual fue cordial y estuvo siempre dispuesto a aclarar las inquietudes. Sin embargo, yo reservé un tour privado en español ya que no domino el inglés, cuando realicé no se. Informo en la página que este tour estaba sujeto a disponibilidad de guías en español, solo luego que realicé el pago (el cual es bastante alto) se me informó que no existían para la fecha seleccionada guías en español,.

Empezamos la ruta con el guia Anil en el Palacio del gobierno regional y palacio de justicia. Despues nos llevó a ver un Templo hindú de Hare Krishna donde el guía profesa su fe y explicó con todo lujo de detalles. No se paga entrada. Después fuimos a la visita del Palacio de un Maharajá coste entrada 480 rupias vale la pena visitarlo. Despues fuimos al Mercado y el impresionante bazar y a darnos una vuelta por el gran jardín. Acabamos el dia en el Templo hindú del toro y palacio del sultán.

Contratamos un tour cocmpleto por la ciudad de Bangalore para 4 personas en Español. A la hora acordada no se presentó nadie a buscarnos, tras varias llamadas nos indicaron que no tenían diponible guía en español, y nos ofrecieron un guía en ingles. Nosotros aceptamos el guía en inglés, incluso cuando nos iba a recoger 2h más tarde de lo acordado. Pero el "guia" se limitó a ser nuestro conductor. no terminamos muy contentos con la experiencia con civitatis, poca seriedad

Estoy muy decepcionado del tour. Solicité con mucho tiempo de anticipación que mi tour fuera en español y un día antes de la fecha programada, fui notificado que el tour sería en inglés. El programa original señalaba que se visitaría Tipu Sultan Summer Palace, pero el guía me indicó que no valía la pena entrar y, en cambio, me llevó a tomar café y a comprar souvenirs. Me imagino que recibió una comisión por las compras realizadas. El tour es un fraude!

I am very disappointed in the tour. I requested well in advance that my tour be in Spanish and one day before the scheduled date, I was notified that the tour would be in English. The original program indicated that Tipu Sultan Summer Palace would be visited, but the guide told me that it was not worth going in and, instead, he took me to drink coffee and buy souvenirs. I would imagine that he received a commission for the purchases made. The tour is a scam!
